Take a day out to slow down, reconnect, and create special memories with your daughter. Between Us is a one-of-a-kind retreat designed for mothers and teenage girls to spend intentional time together—through laughter, creativity, movement, and meaningful conversation.

Held at the beautiful Ridge Country Retreat, high in the hills of Tauranga, this day is about more than just wellness—it's about nurturing your relationship and making space to truly see and support one another.

What to Expect:

🌿 Breathwork, Icebreakers & Gentle Connection
Start the day with a grounding breathwork session and fun activities to break the ice and ease into the space.

🌿 Understanding Ourselves & Each Other
Learn about your personality types with Emily from Natural Parent Coach — perfect for building empathy and communication between mums and teens.

🌿 Creativity & Laughter
Decorate your own journal and paint portraits of each other in a relaxed, light-hearted art session. No experience needed—just a sense of humour!

🌿 Movement & Stillness
Stretch, move, and reconnect with your body in a refreshing Pilates session, followed by free time to relax and recharge.

🌿 Living in Sync With Your Cycle
Sofie from Scandi Health coaching will guide a session on how teens (and mums!) can live in tune with their cycles—supporting energy, mood, and wellbeing through food, movement, and mindfulness.

🌿 Spa & Connection Time
Enjoy a luxurious hour of pool and spa time, with a fruit and cheese platter and refreshing kombucha on the deck.

🌿 Natural Makeup Workshop
Michelle from Michelle Makeup coach will teach a simple, natural makeup routine to enhance rather than hide—perfect for teens and mums alike.
