About the Program

It's time to give your body the gift of a reboot. Scandi's Spring REBOOT program is not about deprivation but a celebration of natural, delicious whole foods. Say goodbye to the extremes of juice cleanses and extended water fasts—our approach is sustainable and enjoyable.

For six weeks, we'll focus on avoiding inflammatory foods in our environment, such as gluten, dairy, caffeine, sugar, and alcohol. It's a holistic journey, not just about what you eat, but also about when you eat. Intermittent Fasting will be introduced, allowing your body the necessary time each night to recover cells and generate new ones. Our program is designed by women for women, so our female cycle, hormones, perimenopause and menopause are all taken into account.

The groups are small (max of 10), in a supportive environment.

When and where?

Each session is 60 minutes, except the first and last session which is 90min. 

Evening course:

Starting: 22nd October 2024 

Place: 55-57 The Strand, level 1, Tauranga CBD

Time: 7pm

Your Investment: $300 for 6 weeks (3X 60min sessions + 2X 90min sessions)

What do you get?

  • A booklet with challenges each week

  • Two comprehensive Health checks at the start, and the end of the course. This includes a HBa1c blood test (the gold standard for detection of pre-diabetes), measurements, blood pressure & questionnaire. This is recommended for motivation and encouragement through measurable results. 

  • Workshops with practical tips regarding nutrition, exercise, stress & sleep.
